Create structured learning paths, engaging facilitation, and measurable outcomes aligned with domain-specific AI and analytics offerings.
Core Competencies
- Develop and deliver training programs in AI/ML, Generative AI, data science, cloud technologies, and digital analytics.
- Create curricula and learning paths aligned with emerging technologies and domain-specific solutions.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person interactive sessions for mid-senior professionals.
- Customize content using platforms including Insights First, Agentic AI, and Analytics Automation.
- Use case studies from finance, consulting, analytics, and technology.
- Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify skill gaps and tailor programs.
- Track program effectiveness through learner feedback, analytics, and ROI metrics.
- Integrate digital learning tools, AI-driven platforms, and blended learning methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of corporate training or L&D experience focused on technology and analytics.
- Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- MBA is a plus.
- AI/ML or Data Science, ATD, instructional design, coaching/facilitation, and PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts, model lifecycle, and governance.
- Instructional design, curriculum development, and assessment design.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven evaluation, dashboards, and reporting for learning impact.
- Familiarity with Evalueserve platforms and a decision-centric analytics approach.
