Role Overview
Business Research Analyst - Medtech in the Insights & Advisory department.
The team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights across industries including life sciences, technology, industrials, energy, chemicals, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own process automation and new project requirements for the FP&A and Finance team.
- Define problem statements and hypotheses, and design research approaches using primary research, secondary research, and basic modeling.
- Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
- Develop key messages and highlights addressing research objectives.
- Present research findings to clients and handle client queries.
- Contribute to team discussions on project-specific areas.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech or B.E. in Biotechnology, or an MBA.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in MedTech market research projects.
- Experience with consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
- Experience with MedTech value-chain market assessment using primary and secondary research, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
- Ability to complete responsibilities on time and contribute proactively to firm goals.
- Command of MS Office and basic MS Excel.
