Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and market research projects.
• Conduct secondary research and synthesize scientific, clinical, competitive, and market information.
• Develop competitor profiles, landscape assessments, opportunity analyses, and monitoring reports.
• Track clinical trials, regulatory updates, scientific publications, partnerships, and market events.
• Support conference intelligence activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and consultants on project delivery.
• Contribute to presentations and client reports.
• Mentor analysts and support quality control when required.
• Flag emerging trends and relevant signals.

Core Competencies

• Understand competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and secondary research methodologies.
• Synthesize complex scientific and competitive information into structured insights.
• Manage project workstreams independently and deliver quality outputs on time.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with strong attention to detail.
• Use advanced PowerPoint and Excel for client-ready deliverables.
• Understand clinical trials and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
• Apply ownership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of metabolic and liver disease areas is an added advantage, not mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, such as a Master’s, PhD, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant pharmaceutical competitive intelligence, market intelligence, market research, or consulting experience.
• Strong secondary research skills and experience building competitor profiles, landscape assessments, and monitoring trackers.
• Experience independently creating high-quality PowerPoint deliverables.
• Understanding of clinical trial design, endpoints, and interpretation.
• Experience or strong interest in metabolic and liver disease areas is preferred.
