We are looking for an experienced
Senior Tibco Developer
to join our team in a
fully remote
role.
You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing our Tibco integration landscape while delivering high-quality integration solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Tibco integrations, ensuring reliable and timely delivery into the SIT environment.
This role requires the ability to work across both solution architecture and hands-on development, supporting business-critical systems and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Tibco integration solutions.
- Support and enhance the existing Tibco integration environment.
- Deliver high-quality code into the SIT environment with minimal defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple interconnected systems.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Support third-party connectivity and integration activities.
- Contribute to DevOps practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Estimate development effort and support project planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with
Tibco BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix, and Tibco BPM
- .
- Strong experience working within a
Devops
environment using tools such as
Git
and
Jenkins
- .
- Solid programming skills in
Java

Unix

Shell Scripting

Oracle Sql And Pl-Sql

- Experience working with

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
