Senior Technology Program Manager
Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to join Equinix's Digital and Innovation Office.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced program manager who has spent years running complex, multi-team programs and knows how to get things done across organizational boundaries — with limited oversight.
You'll lead complex, high-priority, cross-functional programs end to end, work across technical and business teams, and help shape how program management is practiced across DIO.
You will also mentor other junior project and program managers within the PMO.
Critically, we're looking for someone who is actively curious about how AI tools can make program management faster, more thorough, and more scalable — and who can put that curiosity to practical use.
