Key responsibilities
- Act as the functional and technical authority for Oracle FLEXCUBE within the Integration Platform Squad.
- Define and validate FLEXCUBE integration requirements with channels, payment systems, finance, risk, and external applications.
- Support API, event-driven, and middleware integration design using FLEXCUBE process, service, and data model expertise.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications; support design reviews, impact assessments, and integration mapping.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, and developers to resolve functional and technical issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, migration, production readiness, and defect resolution; ensure adherence to FLEXCUBE best practices and banking requirements.
Required experience and knowledge
- 8–12 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, support, or transformation experience.
- Strong knowledge of CASA, Lending, Customer Information, Payments, and Trade Finance modules.
- Understanding of FLEXCUBE APIs, messaging interfaces, database structures, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with system integrations, middleware platforms, and digital banking ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Core banking transformation, migration, or modernization experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Technical and functional skills
- Required: FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise; Oracle Database; WebLogic; REST/SOAP/API; integration, ESB, and Kafka.
- Preferred tech stack: Oracle Database, Java, JavaScript, and microservices.
- Tools and platforms: JIRA, GitHub, and Postman.
