Job summary

Essential duties, responsibilities and accountabilities

• Update, maintain and check the instrumentation logbook to identify all related instrumentation activities which require attention.
• Responsible for the troubleshooting of instrument related problems to ensure smooth running of the refinery.
• Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of instruments and equipment as per refinery standards.
• Maintain log of all the work conducted in the shift.
• Inform immediate superior from time to time of any deviations/abnormalities occurring within the area of responsibility and record them in the logbook for reference.
• Comply with safety requirements and encourages safe working practices.
• Ensure that procedures and work instructions of the quality management system are being followed.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
• Adhere to the QMS system, OHSAS (18001), ISO 14001 (EMS) and HACCP / Food Safety system requirements.
