Job Summary
The main purpose of the role is the safely and effectively be responsible for the operation of sea cranes for the loading and unloading of all goods and products
Job Responsibilities
- Essential duties, responsibilities and accountabilities
- 1. Overall responsibility of operating quay cranes for the loading and unloading from ships.
- 2. Inform immediate superior of any deviations/abnormalities occurring within the area of responsibility and record them in the logbook for reference.
- 3. Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility as per company standards.
- 4. Comply with safety requirements and encourages safe working practices.
- 5. Adhere to the QMS system, OHSAS (18001), ISO 14001 (EMS) and HACCP / Food Safety System (22000) and SEDEX requirements.
