- Develop content required to deploy systems designs, civil works, installation, integration of complex security systems
- Develop training content, user manual, and knowledge transfer content
- Provide, develop and deliver train-the-trainer sessions
- Develop methos statements, policies and quality control frameworks
- Develop technical write-ups for commercial proposals
- Provide overall project status report frameworks
- Translate complex technical and security concepts into accessible content for varied audiences
- Review and improve existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and readability
- Manage documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Git-based systems)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity or security programs
- Strong understanding of security concepts, including:
- Identity and access management (IAM)
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and structured technical documentation
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as:
- Confluence, Markdown, Git, or similar platforms
