Overview
- reviewing and verifying , IFC drawings, specifications, and contract documents; offering technical insights; performing site assessments; developing cost estimates.
- Monitors site operations, ensuring quality assurance, managing material evaluations, guaranteeing adherence to regulations, and addressing technical issues.
- Overseeing drawing systems, generating technical queries (TQs), formulating Method Statements, recording progress, and managing close-out documents (O&Ms, as-builts) in close coordination with QA/QC.
- Communicating between project managers, Technical Manager, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Coordination between trades and disciplines
- Ensure proper timely submission to the consultant
- Facilitating technical/coordination meetings.
- Attending Technical and progress meetings
- Daily communication with the Technical Team
- Identifying on-site problems, conducting root cause analysis, and applying solutions.
