Role overview

Technical delivery

• Lead technical aspects of high-end hospitality and leisure developments.
• Guide architecture and interior design coordination to meet project vision and brand standards.
• Oversee integration of MEP and structural systems through design and construction.
• Review and approve architecture, interior design, MEP, and structural drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure design compliance with local codes, international standards, and luxury hospitality benchmarks.

Project coordination and delivery

• Support concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and handover.
• Identify risks and technical challenges and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Act as primary technical interface for developers, consultants, operators, and contractors.
• Coordinate with hospitality operators on brand standards and operational requirements.
• Present technical solutions and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Establish quality control procedures, monitor site progress against approved designs, and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of technical or project management experience.
• Proven delivery experience on large-scale luxury hospitality or leisure projects and complex multidisciplinary developments.
• Deep expertise in Architecture and Interior Design is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of MEP and structural systems is essential.
• Effective cross-discipline coordination, technical problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management are required.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities on high-value projects.
