Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong technical experience in General Lines and Marine insurance
- Solid experience in reinsurance and handling complex placements
- Previous experience in the UAE insurance market is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
