Overview
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls while supporting overall business performance and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and period-end close activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage audits, reconciliations, and financial controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives
- Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- Lead and develop the finance team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, financial controls, and statutory reporting
- Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools
