Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in the contracting and construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, and project specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Experience in technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, and resolving site-related technical issues.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- 10 years of UAE technical or architectural experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site engineers.
- Support site execution by resolving technical issues and ensuring quality standards.
- Monitor technical submissions and approvals to support project progress.
