The employer is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in building construction to join its UAE team.
Experience and qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager is required.
- Strong, relevant experience managing large-scale building projects is required.
- Proven experience managing large site teams, subcontractors, quality, HSE, and overall construction delivery is required.
- A track record aligned with project standards for quality, HSE, site management, and subcontractor control is required.
- Experience with major developers or clients such as ALDAR, MIRAL, ADNOC, ADDC/TAQA, or similar is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Role responsibilities
- Lead construction activities and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain quality standards and coordinate authority requirements throughout the project.
- Manage site teams and subcontractors and uphold HSE standards.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work in Abu Dhabi.
