Job summary

Preferred education and experience

• University degree in Computer Science or Software/Computer Engineering is preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in related technologies and five or more years in the software development lifecycle are preferred.
• Project management experience, preferably on IT projects, and experience working with external contractors are preferred.
• Experience with user interface development tools is preferred.
• Experience with CSA certification, inspection, standards development, or standards e-commerce processes is preferred.
• Experience analyzing system performance and configuring applications for efficient resource use and response times is preferred.
• Experience in system security implementation, APIs, and cloud-based technologies is preferred.
• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, MuleSoft, OutSystems, Jive, or Microsoft technologies is preferred.
• Leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and written and oral communication skills are sought.

Pay

• Typical hiring range is CAD $100,890–$132,416 gross annually; actual base pay depends on education, licenses, certifications, and experience.
• Eligible permanent employees may qualify for an annual bonus program, subject to program requirements.
