Talent Tides is looking for a Senior Architect (Technical) to join one of our prestigious clients in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical architectural support across all project stages
- Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents
- Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code
- Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines
- Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction
- Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen
- Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors
- Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal log
- Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations
- Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of contracting experience
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirements
- Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals
- Strong coordination and contractual management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM / Revit is required
