Senior System Administrator

About This Role

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain enterprise identity services, including Active Directory design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and enforce IAM structures and access governance aligned with security best practices and least-privilege.
• Design and support multi-cloud infrastructure architectures across cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain automation to improve stability, speed, and operational efficiency using PowerShell, Terraform, or Python .
• Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes , including deployment and operational support.
• Monitor system health and performance, take proactive actions, and participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture/design documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple infrastructure domains and drive root-cause resolution.
• Support IT audit and compliance requirements through evidence preparation, control implementation, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in system administration, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (based on scope and hands-on experience).
• Saudi nationality is preferred.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong experience managing Active Directory (design, optimization, troubleshooting) and identity/IAM structure .
• Experience with containerization technologies ( Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Experience managing IAM frameworks across cloud platforms (roles, policies, least privilege).
• Ability to develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Terraform, or Python .

Experience in multi-cloud architecture/design .
