Senior Supervisor - Facility Management

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage cleaning and operations across multiple sites.
• Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, team leaders, and cleaning staff.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance across assigned locations.
• Coordinate with clients and respond to operational concerns, complaints, and service requests.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare operational, incident, and client feedback reports.
• Ensure sites follow company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in Facilities Management, Cleaning, or Soft Services within the GCC.
• At least 2 years of experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, chemicals, equipment, color-coding systems, and industry best practices.
• Experience handling large workforces in facilities management.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A valid GCC driving license is preferred.
• BICSc, ISSA, or other cleaning industry certifications are an advantage.
