About the Role
Talent Tide is partnering with a leading Dubai government entity to appoint a Senior Strategy Manager ( Emirati) . This role will lead strategic planning initiatives, drive institutional excellence, and ensure alignment with government priorities and future-focused objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with government vision
- Translate strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes
- Oversee strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop and monitor KPIs/KRIs to drive performance and decision-making
- Conduct research and future foresight studies to identify trends and opportunities
- Drive institutional excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support digital and organizational transformation programs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Strategic Planning, or a related field
- Minimum 11+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or a related field
- Strong background in strategic planning, performance management, and project delivery
- Experience working within government or large complex organizations is preferred
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, scenario planning)
