Senior Strategy Consultant

About This Role

The Senior Strategy Consultant is responsible for leading end-to-end strategy projects, from problem definition and analysis through to recommendation and implementation support. The role partners closely with senior leadership to shape business direction, drive growth, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client/management engagements from initial assessment through strategy development and implementation support.
• Diagnose complex business problems, structure analyses, and develop clear, data-driven strategic recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor research, industry and macroeconomic analysis, and financial/strategic modelling to support decision-making.
• Develop business and operating models, growth strategies, and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and workshop materials for senior stakeholders and boards.
• Facilitate strategy workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Manage project workstreams and small teams (consultants/analysts), ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and participating in pitch meetings.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
• 5–6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical/strategic role.
• Proven track record leading strategy projects and delivering recommendations to C‑level or senior leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED58,670.00 per month
