Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement Ownership:
Lead consulting projects from initial diagnosis through strategy development and implementation support.

Strategic Analysis:
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and business diagnostics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

Solution Development:
Design actionable strategies across areas such as market entry, operational optimization, and business transformation.

Team Leadership:
Mentor junior consultants, lead project teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:
Present strategic recommendations to senior executives and clients, clearly articulating insights and business impact.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
6–10 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business advisory, with experience leading client engagements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is highly preferred).

Technical Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling, and experience with strategy frameworks and business analysis tools.

Regional Knowledge:
Experience in Qatar or the GCC, with an understanding of regional markets and economic trends.

Language Skills:
English (C1) is required; Arabic is a strong advantage for client interactions.

Mindset:
You are structured and insight-driven. You know how to balance analytical depth with practical execution to deliver strategies that work in the real world.
