We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Planning Manager who can translate business objectives into clear operational roadmaps and long term growth strategies. You are not just managing plans; you are shaping how the business evolves, aligns, and performs across departments. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes across all strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain long term business strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
Operational Alignment: Translate strategy into clear action plans across departments including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor execution and business performance.
Business Analysis: Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to support decision making.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment between strategy and execution at all levels.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7 plus years in strategy, business planning, operations management, or corporate development roles.
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
Analytical Strength: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable plans.
Communication Skills: Ability to present complex strategies in a clear and structured way to senior stakeholders.
Mindset: Structured thinker, execution focused, and comfortable working in a fast paced corporate environment.

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR26,000.00 per month
