We are looking for a Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager who can lead complex initiatives across multiple business units, turning vision into measurable execution. Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Leadership: Lead end to end transformation initiatives across operations, business strategy, and organizational design.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement medium to long term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Business Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements across departments.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, investors, and external partners to align on strategic priorities.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and monitor progress of transformation initiatives to ensure measurable outcomes.
Change Management: Drive adoption of new systems, structures, and operating models across the organization.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7 plus years in strategy, consulting, corporate transformation, or senior operations roles, with exposure to multi project environments.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in data driven decision making and business performance analysis.
Industry Exposure: Experience in consulting, investment firms, or diversified business groups is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong ability to present complex strategies in a clear and structured manner.
Mindset: Highly structured, commercially aware, and comfortable working in fast evolving business environments.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
