About The Role
The role owns day-to-day partnership management, programme delivery, hub coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting and cross-functional execution, while strategic direction, executive governance, institutional representation, budget ownership and enterprise partnership decisions remain with the SVP.
What You Will Do
- Support execution of the Talent Development partnership strategy and annual workplan.
- Maintain relationships with universities, employers, government entities, NGOs and delivery partners.
- Identify partnership opportunities and prepare concept notes and executive briefing materials.
- Support programme design, continuous improvement and scaling initiatives.
- Provide partnership insights and implementation recommendations to senior leadership.
- Own day-to-day coordination of Talent Development partnerships and programmes.
- Act as primary operational focal point for external partners and Learning-to-Earning Hubs.
- Coordinate programme implementation, learner journeys and partner deliverables.
- Lead partner onboarding, scheduling, follow-ups and governance documentation.
- Coordinate events, workshops, site visits and partner activations.
- Manage programme trackers, risks, KPIs and milestones.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards and partnership updates.
- Coordinate with Communications, Finance, Procurement and Smart Systems.
- Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, MoUs and filing.
- Support monitoring, evaluation and data quality.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate strategic matters to the SVP.
- What you will bring:
- Master's degree in Business, Education, Public Policy or related field. (preferred) or
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Public Policy or related field.
- Strong partnership and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Excellent programme and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- 7 years of experience in partnership management, programme management, education, philanthropy or related sectors.
