• Build ownership and accountability to sustain improvements and replicate successful practices across assets.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain visibility of opportunity pipelines, implementation progress, realized value, risks, and lessons learned.
• Enhance methodologies, maturity assessment frameworks, KPI standards, and value realization processes.
• Strengthen governance mechanisms that improve consistency, transparency, and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Process Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, performance optimization, asset performance, or value realization roles.
• Experience identifying, quantifying, and tracking improvement opportunities within mining, processing, manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience in KPI management, operational diagnostics, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives involving operational, technical, finance, digital, and analytics stakeholders.
