Overview

Advisory And Enablement Management

• Provide input to the strategic plan and translate direction into key initiatives, action plans, and quality deliverables.
• Maintain strategic foresight by identifying business needs and emerging technologies (AI agents, automation, analytics) that strengthen assurance.
• Support advisory engagements and research in areas of expertise to assist the Leadership Team.
• Support progress reporting, facilitate workshops to resolve thematic issues, and oversee assigned external service providers.

Advisory And Innovation Delivery

• Support process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation that support advisory and assurance work.
• Integrate AI, automation, and analytics into planning, execution, and reporting for real-time insight, working with IT and data teams on smooth rollout.
• Track performance metrics, guide staff on new tools, and ensure innovation aligns with risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Support work on emerging risks such as cybersecurity and data privacy, and deliver innovation projects end to end, on time and within budget, with regular updates to leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with audit leaders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation that meets business objectives.
• Build relationships with digital, technology, and functional leads, industry experts, and regulatory bodies, and act as a point of contact for advisory, enablement, and innovation matters.
• Provide timely, transparent reporting, and work with the engagement and QAIP teams to ensure quality and compliance with the Standards and methodology.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve procedures, tools, and techniques based on results, best practices, and regulatory changes to keep processes effective and efficient.
• Monitor recommendations, outcomes, and performance metrics, using the data to drive improvements.
• Stay current on trends and regulatory advances, foster innovation, and refine practices with QAIP based on stakeholder feedback.
• Policies and Procedures
• Support policies and procedures that enable innovation, aligned with organisational goals and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to established standards across all initiatives.

Human Capital Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative environment and support colleagues through knowledge exchange and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and departmental policies and the IIA Code of Ethics, maintain and refine documentation with QAIP, and support environmental stewardship aligned with ISO standards.

Qualifications And Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or PMP, and familiarity with audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance, are an advantage.

Experience

• Four or more years in technology, analytics, automation, internal audit, risk, or a related field.
• Proven delivery of process improvement and innovation using emerging technologies, including hands-on building or deploying AI agents, automation, or analytics solutions.
• Understanding of audit methodologies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

• Practical experience with AI, automation, and data analytics tools.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office; high proficiency in English, with Arabic an advantage.

Skills

• Strong in applying technology and analytics to enhance assurance effectiveness; familiarity with auditing IT systems and infrastructure an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.
• Able to plan and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Open to new approaches, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
