Key Responsibilities
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, savings, and risks
- Segment spend by supplier, category, and business unit
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost reduction
- Create dashboards and reports for procurement performance
- Support RFQs, spot buying, and supplier negotiations
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts
- Work with Finance and stakeholders to improve data accuracy
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain
- 2–5 years of procurement or spend analysis experience
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot, Lookups); Power BI is a plus
- Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc.)
- Good analytical and communication skills
