Senior Solution Analyst - Finance

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for finance planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead and support SAP-based planning and forecasting implementations within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Ensure integration across SAC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, and reporting platforms.
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts.
• Develop testing strategies, test plans, and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain solution designs, implementation plans, test results, and support materials.
• Support user training, change management, and ongoing operational support.

Essential Requirements

• University or Master's degree focused on Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning and Forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP COPA/Margin Analysis and financial reporting processes.
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, BDC, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation management in transformation programs.
• Background in testing, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with regulatory, GxP, and data integrity compliance frameworks.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management best practices in global organizations.
