Reporting and Data Extraction
- Extract scheduled and ad hoc Workday reports for business and P&O requirements.
- Manage requests for employee, organizational, compensation, talent, and workforce data.
- Deliver reports accurately within agreed timelines and validate outputs before sharing.
- Follow data privacy and data-sharing guidelines.
Report Development and Maintenance
- Develop, modify, and maintain Workday reports based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot report issues and investigate data discrepancies.
- Test and validate new and modified reports before deployment.
- Support Workday reporting enhancements and process-improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with P&O, business, finance, and other teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into reporting solutions.
- Provide guidance on available reports and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Communicate report status, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting activities.
- Support initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
- Stay updated on Workday reporting functionality and best practices.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, P&O operations, or data management.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Workday reporting exposure is preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Workday reporting.
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Ability to analyze, validate, and interpret data.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to P&O systems such as Workday.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing processes.
- Understanding of P&O data structures and metrics.
