Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation to completion, scope, and development of project plans.
Responsibilities
- Defining project goals and objectives and establishing project timelines and milestones.
- Identifying project requirements and constraints and managing project risks .
- Monitoring project progress and reporting project status to the defined stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to project delivery.
- Manage project resources to fulfill the project assignments.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Overseeing the Scrum events and meetings if Agile applies.
- Determining and overseeing consistent project activities like testing, evaluating issues, and troubleshooting.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Perform regular checks on the delivered projects for better enhancements.
