Job Summary:
Filament Technology W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead high-performing development teams and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role is responsible for driving engineering strategy, improving development processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products in a fast-paced technology environment. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage software engineering teams across multiple projects and products
• Drive system design, development, and deployment of scalable applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define technical requirements
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development workflows
• Oversee Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery cycles
• Ensure code quality, system performance, and application security
• Mentor and develop engineers to improve technical and leadership capabilities
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product capabilities
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and system architecture
• Experience delivering complex software systems and applications
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, or CI/CD practices is an advantage

Pay: QAR28,000.00 - QAR45,000.00 per month
