The SR Hotel is looking for a skilled **Senior Software Engineer (Backend)** to join our technology team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing robust backend systems that enhance our digital services and improve overall guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs to support various applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize server performance and maintain existing applications to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in backend software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
