Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture
Design and develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices that support high availability and performance.

System Optimization
Improve application performance, optimize database queries, and ensure efficient resource usage across services.

Code Quality
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Collaboration
Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Mentorship
Support and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.

Security and Reliability
Implement secure coding practices and ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and testing.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6+ years of experience in backend software development with strong exposure to scalable systems

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Node.js Python or Java
Experience with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB

Cloud and DevOps
Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and CI CD pipelines

Problem Solving
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Communication
Good English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Mindset
You are pragmatic and results-driven You balance quality with delivery and understand business priorities

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
