About This Role
Role: Sr Software Engineer
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Payout: $30 - $130/hour
Role Overview:
As a Sr Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using cutting-edge technologies like JavaScript, Java, and Python. You will work on complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise to architect and deliver robust solutions. This is a contractor position, working remotely, with a competitive hourly rate. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and Python programming languages.
• Experience with agile development processes and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
