Role Overview
We are hiring Senior Software Engineers to evaluate complex AI-generated code, lead quality standards on coding evaluations, and contribute to model improvement at scale.
In this role, you will apply structured rubrics to senior-level engineering tasks.
The ideal candidate has deep engineering experience across systems, languages, and architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated code across complex systems, architectures, and languages.
- Apply structured rubrics to assess design, correctness, and quality.
- Identify subtle bugs, scaling issues, and architectural flaws.
- File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
- Mentor on rubric design and quality standards.
- Contribute to rubric design for advanced code generation evaluation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages.
- Experience designing and shipping production systems at scale.
- Clear written communication for technical design and code review.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at high-scale technology companies.
- Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
- Background in distributed systems, performance, or infrastructure.
- Open source contributions or technical writing.
- Specialization in a domain (backend, frontend, ML systems, security, data).
