Core responsibilities

• Build robust, scalable applications using Python, FastAPI or Flask, and ReactJS.
• Write maintainable code, implement CI/CD with GitHub Actions, deploy to Kubernetes, and support testing and code reviews.
• Develop database solutions using relational and NoSQL technologies, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Apply engineering principles and design patterns while contributing to code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support application reliability at scale.
• Experiment with emerging technologies, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications and modern web technologies in production.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python for enterprise applications, data processing, and API development.
• Experience with ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Bash automation, and AWS.
• Clear communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Additional qualifications

• AI or machine learning experience, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI integration, would be an advantage.
• Experience with Kafka, PySpark, Parquet, Avro, Apache Airflow, or Streamlit would be an advantage.
• Database architecture, observability, ArgoCD, GitOps, Entra ID, or financial services experience would be an advantage.
