We’re working with a leading fintech in the UAE building high-scale, production-grade systems across payments, onboarding, and core banking.
They’re looking for
Senior Software Engineers
- with strong fundamentals, who can build systems from scratch and also know how to leverage modern tools (including AI) to move faster.
- What you’ll be doing
- Designing and building
- scalable backend systems
- using Java and Spring
- Contributing to system design, architecture decisions, and best practices
- Writing clean, production-grade code and owning features end-to-end
- Using modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to improve efficiency
- What they’re looking for
- Strong experience with
Java (core) and Spring / Spring Boot
- Background in
- fintech, or top-tier consumer tech companies
- Solid fundamentals in
- data structures, system design, and distributed systems
- Experience building systems at scale (not just maintaining them)
- Engineers who can
- balance writing from first principles with using AI tools effectively
