Perform AI LLC is a Qatar-based AI sports technology company building scalable computer vision and biomechanics platforms for athlete performance analysis, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Role Description
- Perform AI is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to collaborate closely with our CTO and engineering leadership team on scalable backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven platform development.
- This is a remote-first, long-term collaboration opportunity for engineers who are comfortable working on complex systems in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Candidates located in GCC countries, Turkey, Europe, or nearby time zones aligned with Qatar are preferred for smoother collaboration and communication.
- The role will start with a short-term trial collaboration period focused on technical fit, communication, and execution quality, with the intention of transitioning into a longer-term engagement.

- The role includes
- Designing and developing scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Building and maintaining microservices architectures.
- Collaborating on cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows.
- Supporting system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability initiatives.
- Working closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to deliver production-ready features.
- **Qualifications**
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience working in startup or product-driven environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and independent execution skills.
- Fluent in Persian and comfortable communicating in English.
- Experience working with high-performance or real-time systems is highly valued.
- **Preferred**
- Angular experience.
- PostgreSQL.
- Kubernetes / Cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI systems, computer vision, video processing, real-time applications, or mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
- Strong mathematical and analytical thinking is considered a plus.
