Responsibilities
- Backend Development : Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data access layersDevelop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systemsCollaborate with Solution Architects to implement system designs. Engineering Practices : Follow coding standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation. Agile & Collaboration : Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectivesWork closely with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, platform). AI-Driven Development & Automation : Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve code qualityContribute to automated workflows across build, test, and deployment. Quality, Performance & Reliability : Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical debtEnsure backend services meet scalability and reliability requirements.
Skills & Experience
- 6 - 7 years of Experience. Strong backend development experience (C#, .NET, Entity Framework, APIs). Solid understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures'. Experience with databases and cloud platforms (Azure, SQL, Databricks)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience using AI tools for development and automation. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure) are a plus. Certifications in software development or Agile practices are an advantage.
