Role Overview

Core Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, prompt engineering, and generative AI technologies is required.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions in real-world business environments is required.
• Candidates should be able to evaluate business challenges and create AI-enabled workflows.
• Candidates should be able to select models, architectures, and techniques for measurable outcomes.
• Solutions must be reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise governance.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, DevSecOps, Java, Node.js, and Git is required.

Desirable AI Experience

• Experience with ADK and AI development frameworks is advantageous.
• Context engineering, RAG, MCP, agent-based systems, and AI orchestration frameworks are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate time to market.
• Develop accurate, relevant, and high-quality AI results.
