Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, visualizations, and back-end data models.
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with site and sector leadership to identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Provide customized analysis to functional teams such as HR and Finance.
• Present actionable insights to internal and customer audiences.
• Use operational data from warehouse management, timekeeping, and other systems.
• Manage analytics projects from concept to delivery and support Power BI users.

Required experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or four years of equivalent professional experience.
• At least one year of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on SQL or another scripting language, such as Python or R, to query, clean, and transform data.
• Proficiency building Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch, including writing DAX expressions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work fully onsite if the role is based out of a warehouse.

Preferred qualifications

• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Salary

• National salary range is $70,000–$115,000 per year; California and Washington ranges differ.
