Job Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience Strong hands-on background with Go and Python in production systems Experience building and operating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) at scale Deep familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse (or comparable OLTP + cache + OLAP stack) Proven experience with observability and monitoring using ELK and Grafana Practical understanding of Data Lakehouse concepts: data ingestion, warehousing/lake patterns, and analytics pipelines Track record of engineering excellence: code review culture, CI/CD, testing strategy, and technical debt management Demonstrated operational excellence: incident management, SLOs, production support, and reliability improvements Strong talent management skills: hiring, coaching, performance management, and team building Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences Commitment to AI-first engineering: actively using AI tools to improve team productivity, quality, and decision-making
Education
