Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test frameworks using Java and testing technologies.
• Perform API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and define test strategies.
• Integrate automated tests into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and improve product quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.

Skills Expected

• Strong Java programming skills.
• Selenium or Playwright experience for UI automation.
• Knowledge of event-driven applications, Kafka, and Cassandra.
• API testing experience with REST Assured, Postman, or SOAP UI.
• SQL and database testing experience.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins and Git version control.
• BDD/TDD knowledge using Cucumber or JBehave.
• Microservices architecture and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Performance testing experience with JMeter is preferred.
• Strong communication, learning, and technical mentoring abilities.

Corporate Security Responsibility

• Follow Mastercard security policies and practices when accessing company assets, information, and networks.
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
• Report suspected information security violations or breaches.
• Complete periodic mandatory security training.
