🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and manage critical security incidents and escalations from L1 and L2 analysts

🔹 Perform advanced threat hunting, digital forensics, and root cause analysis

🔹 Develop and optimize SIEM detection rules, correlation logic, and automated playbooks

🔹 Continuously enhance SOC detection capabilities and incident response processes

🔹 Mentor and guide SOC analysts, improving team performance and maturity

🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the overall security posture

🛡️ Technical Requirements

✅ 6+ years of hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as QRadar, Elastic Stack, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel

✅ Strong experience with EDR/XDR technologies including CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Trend Micro Vision One, and Microsoft Defender XDR

✅ Deep understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK, and Incident Response methodologies

✅ Experience in log analysis, threat intelligence, and security monitoring

✅ Scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) are a strong advantage
