SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting for 3‑phase systems post‑sale.
- Coordinate service schedules, dispatch technicians, and track job progress.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electrical and digital equipment.
- Document service reports, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design improvements based on field feedback.
- Train junior service staff and customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability for critical repairs.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in after‑sales service of 3‑phase electrical systems.
- Proven track record in service coordination and team leadership.
- Strong diagnostic skills and hands‑on experience with digital control systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Ability to travel across Karnataka and work flexible hours as needed.
- Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, IS) and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using service management software and MS Office suite.
