Territory Manager - Sales

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in project sales, preferably handling builders and electrical contractors.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self‐motivated, results‐driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders and electrical contractors within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to achieve repeat sales and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations tailored to client needs.
- Create accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions meet project specifications.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while safeguarding company margins.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote NEDS’ brand.
- Provide post‐sale support and coordinate with service teams for seamless project execution.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by senior management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
