Senior Sap Delivery & Solutions Manager

Delivery Leadership

• Lead large-scale
• SAP transformation programs
• (S/4HANA, ECC upgrades, greenfield/brownfield implementations).
• Ensure
• on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• across multiple concurrent projects.
• Establish and enforce
• delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and best practices
• .

Solution Design & Architecture

• Oversee
• end-to-end SAP solution design
• aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on
• SAP architecture, integrations, and cloud strategies
• (SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, etc.).
• Ensure solutions are
• scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a
• trusted advisor
• to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Lead
• workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations
• .
• Drive
• business value realization
• and continuous client satisfaction.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor
• cross-functional SAP teams
• (Functional, Technical, Basis, Integration).
• Build high-performing teams and foster a
• collaborative, delivery-focused culture

• Support
• resource planning, capability development, and performance management
• .

Pre-Sales & Business Development

• Contribute to
• RFPs, proposals, and solutioning
• activities.
• Identify opportunities for
• upselling and expanding SAP engagements
• .
• Partner with sales teams to
• shape winning solutions
• .

Key Requirements

• **12+ years**
• of SAP experience with at least
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• .
• Proven track record in delivering
• complex SAP programs (S/4HANA preferred)
• .
• Strong expertise across
• SAP functional domains
• (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration.
• Experience with
• SAP cloud offerings (RISE, BTP)
• is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of
• enterprise architecture, integration, and digital transformation
• .
• Excellent
• stakeholder management and communication skills
• (C-level exposure).
• PMP, SAP certifications, or equivalent are a plus.
