Overview
e are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a marketing, creative, branding, media production, or events agency, with a strong track record in generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and winning new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals (RFPs).
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build strategic partnerships with government and private sector clients.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare winning proposals and deliver successful projects.
- Manage CRM and sales reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Development experience.
- Previous experience in a Marketing, Creative, Branding, Media Production, PR, or Events Agency is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Experience with government opportunities, RFPs, Etimad, or SAP Ariba is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in agencies such as marketing, branding, media production, PR, digital marketing, or event management will be given priority
