The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling AVL systems and event solutions, targeting clients across the government and private sectors.
The role includes preparing professional technical and financial proposals, expanding the client base, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell AVL systems and event solutions.
- Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
- Follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market competition.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in AVL systems and event solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, lighting, screens, and control systems.
- Proven experience in project sales for government and private sector clients.
- Professional or technical certifications are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Sales Target Achievement: Monthly and quarterly sales goal attainment, and total closed deals.
- New Business Development: Number of new clients and effective meetings/visits.
- Closing Rate: Percentage of closed deals vs. open opportunities.
- Proposal Quality: On-time submission and accuracy of technical/financial proposals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback after meetings or project delivery.
- Client Retention & Growth: Increase in repeat business and retention rate of existing clients.
- Process Compliance: Accuracy of reports and data entry into the CRM system.
